Conflict‑Mineral‑Free Assurance

Conflict‑Free Policyng

We’ve codified a clear Conflict Minerals Policy—aligned with OECD Due Diligence Guidance and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI)—that prohibits any materials sourced from knowingly illicit or armed‑group‑controlled regions.

Map & Vet Our Supply Chain

Every upstream supplier of scrap aluminum and alloying elements signs our Supplier Code of Conduct. We collect and verify “chain‑of‑custody” data down to the smelter or shredder level, ensuring none originate from conflict‑affected zones.

HeadDue‑Diligence Controlsing

using a risk‑based approach, we conduct desktop and, where necessary, on‑site audits of suppliers. We screen against sanctioned‑party lists and leverage third‑party services (e.g., RMI’s tools) to validate that 100% of our feedstock is free of tin, tantalum, tungsten or gold that could fund conflict.

Transparent Reporting

Feedback loops with stakeholders drive ongoing enhancements to our due‑diligence system, keeping us—and our customers—fully compliant and risk‑free.

Audit & Certification

Each year, an accredited auditor assesses our controls and traceability records. Upon successful review, we secure a “Conflict‑Mineral‑Free” attestation that’s included in our ISO9001 and GMP compliance reports—giving customers documented assurance.

Registered and Certified ISO 9001:2015 Aluminum Foundry.

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS).
Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements. It is the most popular standard in the ISO 9000 series and the only standard in the series to which organizations can certify.
ISO 9001 was first published in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an international agency composed of the national standards bodies of more than 160 countries. The current version of ISO 9001 was released in September 2015.

ISO 9001 is based on the plan-do-check-act methodology and provides a process-oriented approach to documenting and reviewing the structure, responsibilities, and procedures required to achieve effective quality management in an organization. Specific sections of the standard contain information on many topics, such as:Requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactionsResponsibilities of managementManagement of resources, including human resources and an organization’s work environmentProduct realization, including the steps from design to deliveryMeasurement, analysis, and improvement of the QMS through activities like internal audits and corrective and preventive actionChanges introduced in the 2015 ISO 9001 revision are intended to ensure that ISO 9001 continues to adapt to the changing environments in which organizations operate. Some of the key updates in ISO 9001:2015 include:The introduction of new terminologyRestructuring some of the informationAn emphasis on risk-based thinking to enhance the application of the process approachImproved applicability for servicesIncreased leadership requirements
